Lost IVA letter of completion
Full and final IVA 15 years ago. Sold our house and solicitor has informed us there is a charge on our deeds from the iva company we used. We have lost our letter of completion and company we dealt with have gone through. How can I get a copy of the letter to send to land registry to get charge remove?

Short answer is you can`t.
Plenty of template letters on the web, if you can remember the company/IP name, its just a single sheet of A4 paper that states you have completed your IVA, and the date it completed, that`s it.
Make one up yourself is all I can suggest.
I still have mine, I would be happy to email a plain version to you for you to populate and use ?
