We're into the festival season now, so I'd love some up-to-date tips for making the most of festivals in 2023.
Know where to find the cheapest fancy dress, or got tips for making your own? Got some thoughts on what camping stuff is worth it and what you should leave at home? Please drop your ideas below.

I'll start:
- Cheap 'seat filler' tickets - Many seat-filling sites include festival tickets once you get closer to the date. A good example: last year I paid around £50 for South Facing Festival tickets, then in the weeks leading up to it, one of my seat-filling emails offered the same tickets for £6.50. Well worth signing up.
- If you've already booked a camping festival, check if you're allowed to bring food and drink in, and how much. If you're able to bring your own, you will save an absolute packet on food van prices. Things like cereal bars and bananas are convenient.
