Hi all, you might be interested in this 'Move to Universal Credit' research conducted in Northern Ireland by Advice NI ... Advice NI publish research as Quarter of million ‘legacy’ benefit claims in NI set to be ‘moved’ to Universal Credit | Advice NI With clear recommendations regarding improving access to independent advice, improving the process, staff training, financial support and clear communication with claimants. 'Move to UC' involves the managed migration of working age 'legacy' benefit claimants (including tax credits, Housing Benefit and ESA) over to Universal Credit, a complex undertaking and important that everyone is supported through the process, hope helpful, Kevin.
