Paid for Ryan air tickets which have not appeared

My younger sister wanted to visit our older sis. We booked her a return ticket from Manchester. This may be the last time anyone sees big sis .The sight kicked out and no ticket or confirmation came. They HAVE taken money for tickets from her credit card over £200, bur say the emails and phone number are not hers and wont budge or let her have the tickets.Credit card and bank not helpful.
Finally got through to Ryan air in Ireland but they say yes there is a ticket, but without the code, email or phone number they hold which they wont tell us: it is invalid. Good luck getting your money back! NO help whatsoever?
Can you advise please. Can't afford this..
