Description in body of listing is being mucked up

My listing page is different to my husband's - he joined Ebay about a year ago.
All our listings are always done on the laptop - never on the phone.
Sometimes I help him with his listings as he types very slowly!
I am very fussy about the content of my listing. Visually it must look nice and not cluttered. I pay special attention to grammar and spellings.
Whenever I help with his listings, everything is typed properly but when I check the listing after it has been uploaded all the writing is mixed up! So, if I have typed "from a pet free home", it shows as "from a petfreehome"! I find that very annoying. It looks as if I have typed in a hurry and not cared about presentation. Over the weekend this happened on each and every listing and I had to go back and revise each one.
This did not happen to any of my listings - only his! At first I used to blame him for rushing but now I know he is not to blame.
Can anyone throw some light on this problem as it is very time consuming revising all the listings every time.
