I don't know if I have a solution - if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear!

I moved into a new home last year, the electric was with OVO on a credit meter, and the gas on a prepayment meter with Scottish Power.  For lots of personal reasons I am only now looking at this.  I have been trying to get off the prepayment meter but Scottish Power are saying they won't do "gas only" switches.  I spoke to OVO thinking maybe they would take it over, and then change it.  I was referred to "Boost" who said they are not taking new customers to OVO - only former SSE customers.  I explained I am not new, my electric is already with OVO and they said they were unable to help.

Does this mean I have no option but to keep a prepayment meter?  Surely that's not right?
