Hi,
My daughter’s NI status shows Year is not full and is asking her to pay a contribution of £824.40 by April 2025 fir each year.

This is for the years when she was in further education and during Covid even though she wasn’t an earner.

We have sent proof by post to the NI office as it states. This was two months ago and her record still shows these shortfalls for these years when she was 16-19 years old.

we have tried calling them and get left in the phone for up to an hour and then get cut off.

Many thanks.
