Do you have to service or MOT a lease car at the end of the lease?

You could go to a dealer and ask when the service is due.I once asked my BMW dealership if they'd like to do an oil change service at 10k and they said no, wait for it to get to 20k.0

What does the manual say about the recommended service interval for the car?NibblyPig said:It does say it warns the pants off you when you're getting close though in the manual and nothing has come up on the screen yet.The manual says to consult the car itself via the settings menu, and the settings menu simply says what I put above, 'Service 9300 Miles or 63 Days'. Bit odd really, literally not any mention of any interval anywhere in the documentation.I think I'm going to keep the car another year and extend the lease though, so this will be moot until a year from now when I am wondering the same thing, only it'll probably be a service AND mot !0
