End Supplier Failure coverage

Hi, I'm looking at purchasing single trip travel insurance but have a query around 'End Supplier Failure' coverage. I am going on this trip (supnorway.com/expedition/) and am not sure if it counts as an 'excursion' (meaning it would be covered) or if it counts as a 'tour organiser' (meaning it would not be covered). Could anyone provide any clarity? Many thanks
