Car insurance on commercial vehicle for private individual

We have had our “truck” insured with Privilege for the last few years as they have been the only insurer we have found who can offer insurance on a vehicle classed as a van, to me as a private individual.
Are there others? Really want to make sure we are getting a good deal by comparing cost.

Only real option is to check the aggregators like confused.com and if anyone is willing to insure it they'll quote and then maybe worth trying a few of the motor specialist brokers like Adrian Flux0

Widely available, but not much online. You have to speak to Insurance companies or brokers. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0

Is it just because it's classed as a 'van' and you're not actually using it commercially? Then NFU will do it, they insure mine0
