Xbox live subscription

My bank card got hacked so need to cancel my Xbox subscription however I do not know email or password and cannot recover via Microsoft as they need associated email which my daughter cannot remember! If I were to cancel via the bank would it effect my credit rating as they may try and take payment in future as I didn’t actually cancel the subscription with them? Thanks

Only if they take you to court and win, and you don't pay within 30 days.

My Xbox live is a month to month subscription so if you were to cancel with bank all
that would happen is upon renewal for that month your just lose Xbox live

Just to add can’t you cancel it through your Xbox when you sign in or does it send you to the Microsoft website

My kids made about 5 accounts and we have tried all emails we can think of but none at working so we have no idea which account it is to be able to cancel it

Well unless it tried to take it and made you overdrawn but that’s a completely different problem Xbox live subscriptions are definitely not reported to credit files so if you cancel it it’s fine done it a million times when I’ve not renewed card details and failed to go out just cancels your subscription
