Please help my bank has been hacked so had to get new card, I cannot cancel my Xbox live as it’s old account with old email and password , I’ve had to cancel the subscription via the bank will it effect my credit rating I’m really worried ? Thanks

Nothing to worry about. You have only cancelled a subscription, not defaulted.If any payment is due and your old account details are now blocked they will contact you directly. However as Xbox live is paid in advance this is unlikely to be the case. You will have to update your live account with new details.0

Phew thanks was worried as I’d done it via the bank rather than Xbox they’d still try to take payment and class it as a default ! My kids made millions of accounts and we tried all we could to find right one with no luck and Microsoft wouldn’t cancel unless we had correct account ! It was last paid in the 12th may0
