Neighbour banging pipes

Currently sat here listening to constant clunk cluck of someone’s water feed going into an appliance. We have a shared water supply (bar one property next door) long the terrace.
As this is now becoming a nuisance as this is a dairy occurrence, how best do I approach this with neighbours along our row including next door?
We have nothing running in the house so I know it’s not us.
The sound appears to be coming from our next door neighbours but they denied it was them as they have their separate feed?
It’s highly unlikely the water board will investigate as we are responsible for our feed once it goes past the boundary.
Looking for advice as sometimes it goes on till 2300
