Wine scam (I didn't realise that there was help out there!)

Somebody from London Bonded Warehouse had earlier contacted me warning me off someone who was wanting to buy my wines. Sadly the same individual didn't seem to be around when the later crook succeeded! Or was the first warning all part of this clever scam with so many people involved - all for just £7000. Not much for each member of this large devious organisation! And no they weren't all the same person!
I am still of the opinion that the only really illegal action was taken by the person who finally bought the wine. The original sellers were nasty wise guys, but not actually doing anything illegal, just a hard sell. The Official Receiver was ..... The Official Receiver - he had nothing to gain.
There seem to be more conspiracy theorists on this site than on the whole of Facebook.0 -

Are you registered with the TPS?
Whilst they may not help with specific cases, you can then say that it is illegal to cold-call you if there are any callers.

Tarfgi said:ONE person conspired! The really worrying thing is if you go on believing this then there is a high chance of you being at risk of getting scammed again. You appear to have been the victim of a relatively complex scam - your starting point should be treating all the people you've had contact with as being potentially part of that scam until you can prove otherwise. The people on this forum who were trying to help you are doing their best - your apparent hostility towards them makes me worry you may still be under some residual influence of the scammers... part of their MO is to make people doubt the veracity of what more trustworthy sources might say.And from a purely technical perspective, 'one person' cannot conspire. By definition it takes at least two parties to form a conspiracy.11
