Now whan I try to log in I get "Your account has been blocked. Please contact our Quidco support team" and when I click on the contact link it says "Uh oh. That page doesn’t exist".I've sent the an email to them at socialsupport@quidco.com and hopefully they can sort this mess out.Not impressed.

How long do you normally have to wait? This should have been payable at the start of May, though I have every sympathy if the TSB staff approving the cashback have to wrestle with the same IT infrastructure as their current account holders

TSB take ages and Quidco aren't very good at expectation management. Be patient and it will eventually arrive.

Just had an answer from Quidco...
"In total you've had 6x TSB cashback from us over the years, including these 2 most recent. Have you read the TSB cashback T&Cs? It states:
- If you open more than one TSB Spend & Save account via Quidco, you will only be paid cashback on the first account you open.
Please confirm that you're happy to remove these cashback in order for me to unblock your account today.
I look forward to hearing from you".
The previous cashbacks were one each for my wife and myself in November 2019 and then again in April 2020. However, these were all for opening TSB Classic current accounts. The Quidco October 2022 TSB cashbacks (one for my wife and one for me) relate to our opening of TSB Spend & Save accounts. The accounts that we opened were the first TSB Spend & Save account that I had opened and the first TSB Spend & Save account that my wife had opened. Consequently, we have abided by the T&Cs.I've replied with this info and see how they'll next try to keep the cashback for themselves.0 -
They've now come back with...
"As stated, the T&Cs show that 'You will be eligible for the Quidco cashback if you open a new TSB Spend & Save current account, you don’t have any other existing TSB current accounts'.
As you've mentioned, you already have TSB Classic current accounts so these would be within the category of 'existing TSB current accounts'".
Our TSB Classic accounts opened in November 2019 were closed in August 2020. Our TSB Classic accounts opened in April 2020 were closed in April 2021.When we opened the TSB Spend & Save accounts in October 2022, we had not held any other existing TSB current accounts for more than 18 months and complied with all the T&C's for the Quidco cashback.TSB have all this information and so should have authorised the cashbacks.Have TSB actually paid the cashback to Quidco and Quidco are trying to keep it for themselves?

What might be muddying things slightly is that TSB Spend & Save is a straightforward rebrand of TSB Classic (unlike all the other accounts which were just closed to new business, and Spend & Save Plus which is a completely new product). You can't be expected to know that as a customer though, and their terms could have been worded to exclude both types by name.0 -
This looks to me to be similar to the thread running about the Co-op's Refer a Friend Offer, in that the bank's intention appears to have been to exclude people who had received similar incentives in the past, but the wording of the T&Cs was not quite aligned to this intent.
I think it's unlikely Quidco have received their referral fee from TSB and decided not to pay the cashback. I think it's more likely that TSB think you're not eligible because of your previous accounts.0 -
New email this morning..."Your account has been fully unblocked".

Status Update: 08 Jun 23
Estimated payment: 08 Jun 23So TSB had paid Quidco on or before 8th June. On 9th June I found my a/c blocked so that I could not see the status update. Quidco wanted me to allow them to remove the cashbacks in order to unblock my account thereby keeping my cashback for themselves and remove the evidence that the cashbacks should have been payable.0 -
I can see from my Quidco message history that I had a similar problem with the payout for the April 2020 TSB a/cs...In September 2020 I had emails from Quidco to say that the cashbacks for my wife's & my TSB current accounts had been confirmed.When I tried to log in to my Quidco account I got the message "Your account has been blocked. Please contact our Quidco support team".On contacting them I got the reply:"Our system has identified your account in our compliance checks.Can you please help us verify your 4x TSB Current Account purchases by providing;
- Order confirmations
- Payment confirmation such as a Bank statement (Please block out none relevant information such as Sort Code and Bank account number).
If the sales are for business, please inform us of the details and we can exclude you from future compliance checks. To do this, you could either provide the website of the business, your company email address, provide a booking showing the business name or let us know if the company is registered with Companies House. The information will not be shared or affect your account.I know this may be frustrating, but I hope you can appreciate that we have to complete certain checks on members accounts".After sending the required documents, my account was unblocked and the cashback payable. In retrospect, it would appear that Quidco had received the money from TSB but were reluctant to pass it on even though they'd sent the email to say it had been confirmed.

Crikey, I stand corrected. Disgraceful behaviour by Quidco if so.
