Hi all,

Can someone confirm whether the Creation Consumer Finance (Curry’s your plan finance) sits under Credit Cards or Loans in the CRA’s?

Also, would anyone know how it looks when a 6 month / 12 month deferred interest plan is selected. I am in need of a bit of tech and it is eligible for 6 months at 0% and then interest accrued if not paid off by then (a form of buy now pay later).

Thanks.

So after a bit more reading it would appear that it acts like a credit card with a required DD payment. So next question, is it possible to pay off with a credit card at any point (taking in to account the possibility of it being treated as a cash-like-transaction)?

There are deals of 0% for 6 months and 12 months which seems pretty reasonable.

Yes - both my Clearscore (Equifax) and Credit Karma (Transunion) mark Currys my plan as a CC.

Since I've taken advantage of multiple 0% over 9/12 months offers, Equifax marks that account as "No payment due yet/unclassified" - which I assume means that, unless the plan hasn't been settled, it will appear as beingbon an unofficial hold

You can paying manually, but I would advise against using a CC, as it may view it as a cash transaction.
