Just would like to know If a Spanish Will is valid in the uk ? My late father has a Spanish Will and has left everything to his girlfriend by using British law, including his Spanish home; if his Will is not valid in the U.K. then I can myself get uk grant of probate for my dads U.K. assets thank you for any help or advice please
