RWG Mobile - can't top up using my credit card?

Currently trying to top up via their web site but on entering my credit card details I just get an authentication error. There's nothing wrong with my card either, it works on other unrelated services. It gets to the stage where the Sage authentications prompts for my phone number to send a code but then won't get any further.
Tried to phone RWG Mobile but I get a robot voice telling me the lines are busy and it just hangs up.
Are RWG having problems lately?
