ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 2 June 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Friday 23 June 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

The prize consists of an Echelon Stride Auto-Fold Connected Treadmill and a twelve-month Echelon Fit app membership (“Membership”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the prize provider will not take any payment details from the winner for auto-renewal of the Membership. Following the twelfth and final month, the membership will automatically be cancelled, or can be rolled into a paid membership at the winner’s request. Please note that if the winner is a current or past Echelon member, the Membership cannot be added to the winner’s current account. The winner must set up a new account on an email address that has not yet been registered with the prize provider, to redeem the Membership.

The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services (other than specified above), installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address).
