hi,
I'm just wondering if interest gained in cash ISA / premium bonds winning count towards unearned income for student loan repayment as they are not taxable?

Edited as I misread the question.
For an employee, student loan repayments are calculated upon earned income only or more specifically, the figure used for calculating class 1 NI contributions.
It's a bit more complicated if you're self employed.
