Smart Meter and EV Charging.

I have been trying to find out if the cheep rate time band on an EV tariff changes between GMT and BST.
I'm on Octopus Go tariff and my cheep rate is 12.30 to 04.30 in the morning. When the hour goes forward for BST do I need to change my charging times on my charger or does the Smart Meter also change to BST.
It could mean that 25% of my expected cheep rate could actually be at the higher rate.
Octopus Energy couldn't answer the question.

The clocks went forward to BST in March and revert back to GMT in October. When I was on Go and Go Faster, the offpeak charging times didn’t change. Check your last statement it will show the unit rate for each 30 minute period. The table below is taken from my Go Faster bill last September with a 5 hour offpeak period from 21:30:

The majority of multi-rate tariffs use GMT and do not change to BST.
