Bitcoin scam on facebook

I stupidly clicked on this and gave them my phone number and i am now being inundated with calls from different numbers.
 Is there any way i can stop them other than by blocking phone numbers?
They are persistent and deny it is a scam and will try to put the blame on me for asking for information. 
I have not given any bank details or money but the phone calls are becoming very annoying even when i ask them to remove my details from their lists.

As they're scammers the only real way is to change your phone number. They won't take any notice of requests to remove and will pass your number on to other scammers. Blocking one number will stop that but they are likely to use multiple ones
