First- Prime Financial Svcs Share Scam

Just making you aware that a company based in New York (website registered only in April) may be contacting people about their shares in particular British Energy Group. They trade as First Prime Financial Services
it’s obviously a scam but they are asking interested parties to sign a non disclosure agreement which is designed to prevent people from telling their friends and raising suspicion.

It does look cheap to be fair, P/E of 6.27 looks good value but I'm not expecting any fireworks. If I was a holder I'd probably sit on it "just in case" though.Know what you don't0 -
I've been approached by these guys in the past week also to buy my Vodafone shares for between $17 & $20 each - they're currently worth about 72p! Sent an NDA and mentioned there would be an insurance policy to pay but not to worry I would only have to pay a small percentage of the premium! Nope, that's not happening. Time to block their number....0

Amusing that they claim a seller should pay an insurance premium for something or other but of course they prey on the unwary0
