Benefit in Kind, Lease Cars and Childcare Vouchers

I work in the NHS. And remain in an EdenRed Childcare voucher scheme - which is a benefit in kind. However I have noticed that I have a persistent surplus in my voucher account, as my child is now at school, so I don’t need the same level of childcare when he was younger.
I am now considering a Work Lease Car scheme, which is also a benefit in kind.
Obviously my pension will take a bigger hit with a salary sacrifice lease car.
I am wondering, if it is worth me reducing my childcare voucher benefit in kind contributions, by 1/2, not stop it all together, just reduce.
Would my pension contribution take less of a reduction if I did this, plus any money I save on fuel for a new EV car, the cost saving could I place that 8th my NHS pension as extra contribution. So juggle my benefits in kind around, so my pension doesn’t take as big a hit.
