Does that mean a low chance of planning permission building a house on the land?CSI_Yorkshire said:https://www.slough.gov.uk/downloads/file/62/proposals-map-4-south-central
And that's the most recent planning map I can find - looks like it's marked as green belt and flood zone, or might be just outside the council area and we need to look at the next council south.0 -
Planning permission seems to have been applied for https://auctionhouselondon.co.uk/lot/garage-and-land-adjacent-to-129-the-myrke-datchet-slough-berkshire-sl3-9ad-203706/And while a decision has not been made the Parish council object and say it is in a flood zone.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Hi,
Very odd! The auctioneer said it gone to planning, then it didn’t sell for the reserve. At which point the auction house contacted me the next day as an interested party. I mentioned the planning and the auction representative said it hadn’t gone to planning plus I couldn't find the application on the Slough council website but I’ve just seen that particular plot is in Windsor and Maidenhead council…What is also odd is that it’s next to a relief river of the Thames which is supposed to remove the threat of flooding. Is the flood zone a big no no?0 -
More importantly, is that a Citroen DS that's trapped inside?0
