What's O2's email address?

Might not be the right board but I thought I'd try here first....

I need an email address for O2 to send them information regarding billing issues.  Any ideas where I might find this?  fyi - I'm not a customer (so can't login) but am helping someone who apparently has several contracts with them without knowing why.

it isn't really a complaint at this stage, just a customer service query.  But if they won't publish email addresses I'll need to go with whatever I can find.   So many companies seem to have removed them from their websites.  So very annoying.
