The winner will win a 3-night luxury cottage stay at Calcot Farmhouse, Shropshire for up to 8 people and up to 3 dogs on a self-catering basis. Prize must be booked and taken by 15 December 2023

Further Prize Details & Conditions:

2. The holiday must be booked within 14 days of being notified and taken by 15 December

2023 (subject to availability). At least one weeks’ advance notice of preferred date of

stay must be given, subject to availability. The prize cannot be taken during the

excluded dates listed below. Stays may not be booked for the following dates: Friday

28th July – 31st August 2023, Christmas (22nd – 29th December 2023) and New Years

(29th Dec 2023 -5th January 2024) (“Excluded Dates”).

3. The Prize will be automatically cancelled if not booked and taken by 15 December 2023.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food,

beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal

nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and

Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be

responsible for any such costs.

5. Calcot Farmhouse is provided on a ‘self-catering’ basis.

6. Linen and towels will be provided.

7. The Prize may not be sold on online auction sites.

8. The Prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.

9. The winner must complete a guest booking form and provide full contact details.

10. Marrington Escapes may change or restrict the arrival dates from the available booking

dates prior to 15th December 2023.

11. No refunds will be given if the full value of the prize is not redeemed.

12. The winner must pay a £500 refundable security deposit on the time of choosing their

check-in date. The Marrington Escapes team will trigger a refund within 48 hours of

check-out of the property subject to the property being left as found. Refunds may then

take a further 5-10 business days to arrive in the winner’s bank account, depending on

the bank.
