NAPOLI FOOTBALL COMPETITION

The promoter is Franco Manca 2 UK Limited, 1st Floor, 50-51 Berwick St, London, W1F 8SJ (the “Promoter” or “Franco Manca”).

The Franco Manca Napoli Football Competition (the “Promotion”) is open to all UK residents who are following @francomancapizza on Instagram and are aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion.

The Promotion opens at 10:00 BST on 1st June 2023 (“Opening Date”) and ends at 23:59 BST on 7th June 2023. (“Closing Date”).

Entry to the competition will be made when the customer follows @francomancapizza on Instagram, likes the competition post, and comments on the post tagging at least one other account.

The first prize is a 2 day (1 night) trip to Naples, Italy for 2 people. Included in the prize is the following:

Return economy flights for 2 to Naples, Italy from London, Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh, UK;

a one night hotel stay (as chosen by Franco Manca) for 2 sharing one room;

1 x meal out for two; and

2 x tickets to a Napoli football game during the trip, courtesy of Steccolecco.

This first prize is valid for travel until 26th May 2024. Travel insurance is not included. The winner will need to arrange transfers to and from UK airport at own cost.

The runners up prizes are 10 x Napoli football shirts, signed by members of the Napoli football team, courtesy of Steccolecco.

The draw will take place on Thursday 8th June 2023 and the prize winners of the draw will be contacted via direct message to their Instagram account by 9th June 2023.

Multiple entries submitted using any automated systems or against the spirit of the Promotion will not be entered into the relevant draw.

Winners will be decided by a random, computer-generated selection from the valid entries received during the promotion period.

If you are selected as a winner and you do not reply to us by 22nd June 2023, you forfeit the right to your prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

The winners may be requested to take part in publicity by the Promoter.
