That would be nice. Though my local credit union has already blown that out the water in a sense since they will give me a £25 bonus if I make 3 or more deposits into it over the course of the next year (no minimum amount) so I've made an initial deposit of £1 and 2 further deposits of 1p. I am thus getting £25 for depositing £1.02 in the account for a year, which means I've now got an account that effectively pays nearly 2500% with one of the credit unions.Exodi said:
Makes you wonder why a bank/BS doesn't just claim the throne by launching a >100%< loyalty regular saverRG2015 said:It was possibly never table topping as Saffron BS launched a 9% loyalty regular saver at the same time. It is though limited to £50 per month.

Maximum contributions capped at £1 per month. If you close the account before the end of the 12 month period, no interest will be payable. You won't be able to make partial withdrawals.6 -
Thankyou for the heads up just opened one 👌Nurse striving for financial freedom0

Well, it is theoretically doable. Nothing to prevent them to launch a RSA paying 100% interest but you could only pay 1p a month for instance. Interested (?)Exodi said:

Really RS best buy tables should only list accounts with at least 200 quid a month being allowed. Yes, that should keep Natwest / RBS too out.artyboy said:

You can pay a lot more than £200 a month into NatWest/RBS RS by using round upsaaj123 said:

Right but that's a sort of hack. You get my point though. RS league tables are only sensible if a minimal qualifying monthly amount is applicable.Stargunner said:
