ParkingEye - Kingston Park, Newcastle Retail Park
Does anyone know how to contact ParkingEye (PE), to see if they have any camera footage/video of someone clipping our vehicle, and driving off, whilst we were out shopping?
We cannot seem to be able to speak to anyone at PE without a 13 digit reference?
Parked up at KP Retail park, went into shops, and returned to vehicle less than 45 mins later to find someone (presumably those parked to our right), had clipped our rear wheel arch and then just driven off.
Haven't contacted the police yet? Is it worth calling them? Would they give us a crime ref number? Is the carpark at KP owned by council? the shop? or by PE?

Hi the exact same happened to me last Saturday,
I spoke to the shop manager but they said they did not have CCTV and for me to contact ParkingEye, I did but like you got nowhere, was asked for a 13 digit ref number! The following website has been pointed out today.www.parkingeye.co.uk, go on the knowledge hub there is a police enquiry form,
I’m just in the process of filling that in to see if I can request for information to be released.
Hope this helps1 -
ParkingEye almost certainly only have ANPR and not CCTV. They care about nothing except issuing parking invoices and won't waste any money on the security or wellbeing of the customers. They also won't own the car park, they'll just have a contract to do the "enforcement" scamming.
Your best bet is to talk to the businesses nearest the incident to see if they have any cameras that'd have captured it. They almost certainly won't release any details to you directly so you'll need to talk to the police as well and get a reference number.1 -

They won't..
They inly use ANPR to harvest number-plates (nothing else) at the entrance and exit.
There is no 'footage' and no CCTV.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
