Pay the one that you feel would act more responsibly.
It's potentially toxic material, I would check qualifications, reviews, and guarantees.
The room being worked on needs to be fully sealed, and then the waste material carefully disposed of.

Cheers all, I have decided to go with last min accidently find. I was intending to call a different company but I called the wrong number... anyway, I asked him a set of questions and his answers gave me confidence that he knows what he is doing. His quote is in the middle of the 4-5 quotes I got.0
