Love it @Watty1
Can't remember who it was that was asking for feedback on the SKIN1004 Centella SPF 50 (maybe you @Clutterbug07) but so far it's amazing. Definitely can see the hype - feels very serum like which worried me at first as thought it might be another Purito situation (when they launched an SPF that felt like a moisturiser because it basically was and had no where near the SPF protection it promised). But spent Saturday at Chessington, out in the sun all day and took it with me to top up and no trace of redness or burning or colour change on my face. Leaves a very satin finish on the skin so skin looks healthy but might be a bit glowy for some people. Have yet to see how it performs under makeup but suspect it will be very well as it layers beautifully both over skincare and over itself. I have oily skin and so far haven't noticed any excess oil so could be a big thumbs up from me. Have ordered my beloved LRP Anthelios Dry Touch Gel Cream to take to America with me as we'll be in the desert for part of that trip and I know that I can trust it in the American sun, but the SKIN1004 might be my new everyday sunscreen if it continues to be this good.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20173 -
Thanks for that review @ruby_eskimo as when stash used up will be looking for something.
UU Champneys Calm Bubble Bath (love the smell) and Aldi White Blossom Bubble Bath (cheap). These are not strictly UU but the plastic bottles have gone and been washed out over the weekend's baths. Bought a lovely vintage decanter at the weekend so decanted remaining bubble bath into a small glass bottle in the bathroom and the Aldi into the decanter. Both look gorgeous in the bathroom.
UU Fresh Floral Recovery Mask. Was a free trial pot and astonished at how expensive, felt greasy on, sank in and apparently you can sleep in it but it just felt unpleasant on skin so I rinsed it off. Would not purchase.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Thanks @ruby_eskimo yep it was me re the SKIN1004 SPF! Thanks for the review, that sounds nice, once I am done with my regular face spf I may try this one next.
Have just got back from a 2 week holiday, and straight into exchange/completing on our first house purchase (house purchase was meant to be last year and holiday this year, but the house buying has been drama-filled, hence the unfortunately timing of both!), so although I have tracked this months ins/outs for my own spreadsheet, I haven't added them to the group as everything has been/is a little frantic at the mo!
I'll start updating again properly from next month.Just enjoyed catching up on all your UUs etc though!
