Advice needed on bank account or money pool service

After a bit of advice from the MoneySavingExpert community please!
I’m treasurer for a football supporters club and I’m looking for a business bank account or money pool type service that would accommodate our process for buying tickets for football matches.
The challenge we have is that we don’t know how many tickets we are allocated until the last minute, and we have to pay for them immediately.
The process is we collect money from interested members ahead of the ticketing deadline, buy the tickets when available and refund any members who are unsuccessful.
For example we have 15 members who send us £40 each for a ticket so we get in £600. We are then only successful in obtaining 10 tickets so we buy those for £400 and refund 5 x £40 to the unsuccessful members.
Ideally I’d like a free(!) business account that would allow me to send out a link for payment for each match we are selling tickets for, and then allow me to reasonably easily refund anyone who is unsuccessful. Our current business account is with Lloyds and does not offer this functionality.
Alternatively any money pooling service that would allow us to do something similar.
Any ideas or suggestions much appreciated!

I’m pretty sure Kroo does something along these lines but only as a personal current account, not business
