Northern Ireland is part of UK, ROI is abroad.
Simple rule, if it's got a UK style post code, it's domestic rate...

One thing to beware of though is that I use the ebay "InPost" option via Packlink to post my parcels.

Ebay will happily let me select InPost for all my UK shipped services, but when someone from NI buys, InPost won't accept the postcode or considerably hike up their price, meaning I need to find a different. and often more expenisve/inconvenient, courier.

No issues if you are using Royal Mail (or many other services for that matter) but it is worth checking first just in case.
    • The rich buy assets.
    • The poor only have expenses.
    • The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

Apart from royal Mail the only courier (I am aware of) that does treat Northern Ireland like the rest of GB is DHL.
Same price anywhere in UK for Next Day service.

I think Evri are the same price everywhere in the UK. Of course, whether you can call them a courier is another question.

    Nope, Evri charge extra:

Some locations in the UK are more expensive to deliver to than others, for instance, some may require sending parcels using ferries or are located further from our depots. Because of this, a limited number of postcodes have a small location charge of £2.75 when sending and delivering to those locations. There’s no location charge when sending within the same postcode area.

A list of affected postcodes can be seen below:

    Affected postcodes

    BT - Northern Ireland
    HS - Outer Hebrides
    IM - Isle of Man
    ZE – Shetland Islands
    IV – Inverness
    KW - Kirkwall
