Celine Dion Refund Ticketmaster

In October 2019 I bought 2 tickets for a Celine Dion concert  from Ticketmaster using my M&S credit card,Total price £276.05

I closed the M&S account card in July last year, to change to a better provider.

After several postponements the concerts have now been cancelled. I have been told that the refund MUST be repaid to the card it was booked on....

How do I get my money back from Ticketmaster?

It will be passed to the card it was taken from. They can then refund you.
Just get the ARN amount, date & time from Ticketmaster, so M&S can find it in their internal system.

I had the same problem with tickets for a concert which had been postponed 4 times and my card I had used for payment had expired.

I rang them and they said it was quite a common occurrence and took new card details from me. However you do lose the booking fee and venue fees.

But I can't get through the automated system without a valid credit card....
