On the basis of your opening post and the agreement you signed, I'm afraid I think it unlikely you have a right to withdraw and cease paying.  Your best bet is to try and negotiate.

If you do want to try some sort of legal action, how much are you paying and how is it being paid?  Direct debit?  Termly?  Up-front for each academic year?

If you can go to the facility to take a class, then is it possible to go to the facility and find a space to take the online class?

There's no requirement that you do online classes at home so I don't think you could claim that you are unable to do them because your home isn't suitable.
The classes are run from a conference room in a hotel so not really as the room won’t be booked anymore. Going anywhere public invalidates the confidentiality of the course. (We’re practicing counselling & psychotherapy, not just receiving teaching on the subject)
So given there must be several pupils there. Is this just role plays, or is there a actual person there with issues, that you are treating? Which would seen a bit odd & would be the only case where confidentiality would be a issue.
Role plays or going over old cases would not really have any confidentiality issues. As clearly they are used for teaching.

Could always use one of the rent a office for a day 👍
