Can't see an option. Just their chat bot. They also seem to have buried their phone numbers off the main page.

Well I don't know what you're looking at but https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/broadband-your-account/my-account-and-subscription/cancelling/cancel-my-subscription might be of interest.
Pick the appropriate service, go down to "Still need a hand?", yes you do, and the messaging/telephone number is there.

Thanks, I see there are a number of options like facebook messeger or sms but no live chat. I wonder if they have moved it to their app?0
