Neighbour has this television.

Thanks for the feedback.
The TV was not connected to the router. I entered the password and it connected.
I then tried to get Netflix. It said it needed an Update, so I clicked that option. Nothing appeared to happen. I left it for an hour hoping it was updating - and came back to it. Then discovered the WiFi had disconnected. Then I reentered the password and it connected. Still showing the Update option when I select Netflix. Clicking on Update doesn't seem to do anything.
Neighbour has not a manual, so I may look online.
My instinct is to delete Netflix app and then reinstall, but can't find the list of Apps in the Settings anywhere.
Any ideas?

The manuals tell you nothing. It is a WebOS TV so
