Horizon Parking Ticket even though I paid for space for duration of stay

Hi
I am not sure how I should respond to the parking ticket I have received.
I booked a parking space through www.justpark.co.uk at Chester. The parking space covered me to stay from 2pm on a Saturday to 2pm on Sunday (the day after). It wasn't a specific space just any space within the carpark compound. I arrived at 2.30pm and left at 10.30pm on the Saturday so within the agreed time.
Even though this was the case I have now received a ticket from Horizon Parking giving me 14 days to respond or I will get another higher penalty. I have been on their website and filled the appeal form out and have been trying to upload the evidence of my stay (The receipt from Just Park) but the website wont let me upload it, it keeps giving me an error code even though it is a straight forward standard PDF and should upload easily. I am unsure what to do next, whether to write and appeal that way to them or not. Is there a standard form I should fill in for this?
I have been in contact with JustPark and they are saying Horizon Parking will only deal direct with the person who received the ticket and they cannot help until iIhave lodged an appeal.
This is so frustrating considering I did pay for the stay and haven't committed any offence yet am having to write letters and amass evidence to prove my innocence and all without much help from JustPark.
Its the first and last time I will ever use an online company to book a car parking space!
If anybody has any tips, suggestions or advice it would help me greatly.

STOP STOP STOP!
Do not send an appeal that tells them you were driving! That is your winning point!
Please read the sticky (pinned at the top) thread NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST as Horizon don't use the PoFA. Don'r ruin your slam dunk winning point.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
