PCN - Contravention Description: Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle

Hi everyone, any support would be much appreciated on this.

I received two PCNs in relation to the same contravention a few hours apart. I was moving flat and happened to drive down this street twice without realising it had a restriction on motor vehicles passing through. The road had plenty of cars on it and parked either side of the road, so I didn't bat an eyelid and drove through. I understand that's my mistake, but I think it's unfair to have been charged twice (within 4 hours of each other) for the same contravention on the same day.
