I would so much agree with the above. I am a father who has regular access via the courts to see my son. The csa are just a tool used by bitter women seeking revenge, who use their children as pawns in a game.
The csa are legalized ballifs who persecute absent parents with crude criteria which just result in damaging relations and ultimately the child.
In a civilized society I am amazed such obvious child abuse is

Whilst I agree absent parents should contribute towards their kids, at what price?
Left to the csa all absent parties will be bullied and cheated into feeling victimized, the main carer smug and omnipotent, and the poor child left playing mediator in the middle!
A recipe for an unhappy child and warring parents at the mercy of a simplistic, crude organisation who only real interest is reducing the states expenses.0
