Hi All

Am new to the site so hopefully this is going in the right place. 

I am in the middle of having a company look at a credit card debt that went to debt collectors to hopefully have it removed. 

I have used this company before and ws successful in having an HP refunded. 

I had covid and this credit card went I to default and the debt company got a CCJ against me. I was wondering if this debt is zeroed out does that mean the CCJ can be removed as well?

I think there are two issues here

The first is obviously to get the debt zeroed out and you may well succeed in doing this

However the CCJ will stay on your file for six years from its start
