Will Debt Reappear

Hello,
just a quick question any experts out there could help with please.
if at the end of the 6 years a default drops off my file but I’m still paying towards the debt and I then settle the debt a few mo the later will debt reappear on my credit file?

As above, defaults show for 6 years, they are then automatically removed from your file.
