Chase bank problem

Hi all, I’ve had a problem with my nominated bank details just disappearing leaving me with no access to my money Chase said it was myself who deleted the info, which clearly it was not. Has anyone else had this problem. Thanks

Could you explain what you mean by nominated bank details?

In chase I withdraw money to another account by faster payments. If one of the payees had disappeared I could add the details again.

If you go to the pay button at the bottom of the screen, you will see any payees you have set up.

I send money from Chase to 5 or 6 of my bank accounts and savings.
    Regular savers etc.
Just set up a new payment.
  • As others have said, just Add Payee again and send your money.

Shouldn't take more than a few minutes tbh.
