Just wondering if anyone has had any wins from best madazine and had their prize? I received an email on 12th April to say I had won £50 and to confirm my contact no and after this from 17th onwards I would receive a link to claim however I didn't ever recive anything and have emailed them twice but no response?
Thanks

It might be worth messaging them on social media.

I won in April with them and they emailed and I replied the same day, but I then got a second email the next day again telling me of my win and to contact them (time limit for claiming prize). She also said she had left a voicemail on my phone which asked me to ring the number on the bottom of the email, which I did. There were 5 winners of the comp and she hadn't got the email replies from 2 of us. Apparently their IT dept were looking into it. Name of the lady who I dealt with was Helen Pike. Thanks to all those that post.2

I have won twice with them, yes they are slow but, email the originator of the email and there should be details of an admin one. They will get back to you:)2

Hi I have received an email from Louise Bulgin at Hearst magazines saying I have won £100 and giving details of how to claim the prize by going onto an HSBC site, putting in my bank details and mobile phone number. There is a video link to show how to do it. Looks a bit like a scam. Has anyone else had this kind of email?2

Hi, if its called HSBC Beneficiary Self Management it sounds similar to what I had to do to claim my prize.2

I too got a WEM on 4th July from Louise Bulgin. She asked me to reply with my phone number as they didn't have it (which is strange as the entry form asks for your phone number). I replied that same day, 4th July and I have now sent her 3 emails, the prizewinners email address (this was contained in her email) 2 emails and a contact us via their website and I have no response from anyone so cannot claim my prize.
I have just called a number I have found on google but they only deal with subscriptions and cannot help or give any other contact details.
Does anyone have any other contact for them or suggestions. I have read on another forum of people getting WEMs around the same time and one person has received their code to claim and one hasn't.
By the way my prize was from the magazine from August last year so they are not exactly quick. The best things in life are free.....0 -
