Process to open a Natwest current account?

I requested an account via the website. Was asked to verify ID and submit other docs. It's now been complete for several days, but no email or further comms received.
Am I supposed to receive the bank details by post now (as well as a debit card)?

I got an email to say it was open and the debit card arrived in the post a few days later. It told me my account number and sort code when I signed up, but I didn't make a note of it as I assumed they would confirm it in an email or letter, however they didn't. I used the chat on their website to ask for the account details and then registered for online bankimgIt's a pretty poor process, especially compared to modern banks like Starling where it's all done smoothly in the app.1

It was late the next day as far as I remember.

I found the account opening straight forward - the account was open within 24 hours. Only problem I had was it linked to an old NatWest customer number from years ago and they weren’t able to generate a new activation code or unlock online banking. In the end they had to delete my old online banking account and I had to wait 48 hours and try registering again. This worked fine and I had full access before the current account switch completed. I think I will keep this account as I’ll make £96 profit in rewards each year and the regular saver is decent.0

How you making the £8 a month on it? £96 sounds great if it was the profit. 😂0
