Horizon Parking PCN - Success

Recently (April 2023) got a PCN from Horizon for marginally overstaying in a Tesco Car Park. Lots of legitimate reasons to explain the overstay but thats not the point.
I looked around on this fourm, and looked at the legendary newbie thread. Found out that Horizon PCNs are not POFA compliant with Notice to Keeper. The key tell is the line in the PCN that says "...we have the right to recover the outstanding charge from the driver and...".
So after much research I sent the following appeal which i copy and pasted below. I got the template from this thread: http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=149229&view=findpost&p=1772027

I appeal as keeper.
I am not obliged to identify the driver and I decline to do so. You are not
able to transfer the driver’s liability (if any) to me as you have not served
me with a notice to keeper that complies with Schedule 4 to the Protection of
Freedoms Act 2012 (“POFA”) and it is now too late to do so. In particular
(without limitation) your notice does not contain the warning required by
paragraph 9(2)(f) POFA.
I require you to cancel the parking charge and remove my personal information from your database
1 week later i got a cancellation. I require you to cancel the parking charge and remove my personal information from your database
Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the above Parking Charge Notice, which we have reviewed.
I can confirm the Parking Charge Notice has now been cancelled and no further action will be taken in this matter.
We can confirm that when the Parking Charge Notice is cancelled, any keeper/driver details are removed from our computer system and that we comply with the requirements of the British Parking Association Code of Practice and the Data Protection Act 2018 in relation to the collection and handling of data.
