Hi all,
I've just been contacted by a firm this week claiming I owe Together Energy over £500.
My last dealings with them and my direct debit were in Feb 21, they went into administration in Jan 22. At no stage had that company claimed I owed this amount or contacted me via phone, letter or email to say I do, until this collection agency emails me.
No bill has been shown yet.
Am I protected by Ofgems back billings rules?
