Under floor heating vs radiators

Which is more efficient to run on a really well insulated house? Wet UFH or radiators? Will there be much in it?

UFH typically runs a lower flow temperature which (all other things being equal) means a higher efficiency in your condensing boiler or heat pump.

As above but only if you go UFH on the upper floors as well otherwise you may run the system too hot to get the hot touch feel of radiators upstairs.

Something heat pump users know not to aim for.

UFH will also typically give you a longer response time than radiators.
If you have an extremely regular schedule not an issue but if you are somebdy who is regularly in & out but at irregular times UFH may take longer to warm the house back up than you like.
