On p3: 4. Interest on 31⁄4% Treasury Gilt 2033 will be payable half-yearly on 31 January and 31 July. Interest on the Gilt will accrue from 11 January 2023, the first issue date of the Gilt, and the first interest payment will be due on 31 July 2023 at the rate of £1.801630 per £100 nominal of the Gilt.

I believe, but cannot find a reference confirming this, that the final interest payment is made at maturity with interest until then paid every 6 months.  Since TR33 matures on 31/1/2033 I would expect 1.625% interest to be paid on the 31st of January and July every year.
